This Christmas stop the Bleeding!

When I was growing up we were taught to use a Tourniquet sparingly as using one would most likely mean a loss of whatever limb it was clamped on. But either we were wrong or medicine has changed. Today we’re taught to apply a Tourniquet right away and everyone that carries a firearm for self defense should have a Tourniquet in their pocket ….which pocket? how about their scottevest pocket
