Yet another example of the unintended consequences of so-called “commonsense gun safety regulations” residents of NJ are subject to arrest for possession of a TOY! It has been this way for more than 50 years, people really have been charged, and really have gone to jail.

The Anti-gun lobby has been ever-ready to push for more gun control in NJ but …. they’ve never made an effort to correct this mistake. How ever you feel about the effects of gun legislation on reducing violence, surely it is also important to make sure we don’t arrest people for possession of toys …..isn’t it?
